Your client is interested in ads? Ensure the media team will approve the campaign by following the guides below
Change Order
Once the plan has been approved by media, it can be sent to the client for approval
Once the client is ready to move forward submit the change order request form with the pertinent details
When submitting this form, a task will be created for Matt to generate the change order in ZOHO Projects
Follow up with your client weekly until they sign.
Schedule Internal Call & Order the Ads
Now that the client has signed the change order, we can order the ads!
As part of the order form below, you will need to confirm you have an internal kick-off call on the books.
Upon submitting the order form, the task list will be generated in the specific client project in ZOHO Projects
Confirm that the order is showing in the clients project and the appropriate team members have been alerted by the automation.
